Our 30-Day Return Guarantee
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Lighting Merch. Therefore, we offer a 30 day return policy, allowing you to request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.
To be eligible for a return:
The item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, uninstalled, in its original packaging, and with all included parts and documentation.
You must include the original receipt or proof of purchase.
Return Shipping and Fees (Crucial Details)
For standard returns (i.e., non-damaged or non-defective items where the customer changed their mind), the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. We do not charge a restocking fee. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee we will receive your returned item.
Defective/Damaged Items:
If your item is defective, damaged, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately at sales@lightingmerch.com. In these cases, Lighting Merch will cover the return shipping costs, and you will receive a full refund or replacement.
Processing Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7 - 10 business days. Please note that banks or credit card companies may require additional time to post the refund.
