Thank you for shopping with us! We strive to process and ship your orders as quickly and efficiently as possible. Below are the details of our shipping process:
Delivery, Shipping And Services
All orders are shipped VIA FedEx or UPS Ground (small parcel service). Oversized items are shipped VIA UPS Freight (LTL service). Majority of the items listed as in stock on the website will be delivered within 1 - 2 weeks. If an item on your order is out of stock, we will notify you of any delay VIA email or phone.
Free Shipping Terms
We offer free shipping on all orders over $299.99 (Contiguous United States). If the items in your cart total over $299.99, your order will be shipped free of charge.
Please note: These terms are only valid and will only apply to orders that are shipped within the Contiguous United States. Orders shipped to Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico will not be shipped for free. If an order is placed with a ship to address out of the contiguous United States, you will be contacted VIA email or phone with a shipping quote, you will be asked to approve the shipping charge or will have the option to cancel the order.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to monitor your package’s progress. If you don’t receive tracking information with your shipping email, please contact us at sales@lightingmerch.com.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please reach out to us within 14 days of the delivery date. We’ll work with you and the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
