Shipping delivery times may vary based on your location and order size. Most items are shipped within 1 - 2 weeks from the order date. 


Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to addresses within the United States. International shipping is not available at this time, but we’re working to expand our reach—stay tuned!


Delivery Times

Delivery times depend on the shipping method and your location. Standard Shipping typically takes 3-7 business days. Please note that delays may occur due to weather, holidays, or carrier issues beyond our control.


Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to monitor your package’s progress. If you don’t receive tracking information with your shipping email, please contact us at sales@lightingmerch.com.


Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please reach out to us within 14 days of the delivery date. We’ll work with you and the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
