Shipping Policy

1. Shipment Processing Time (Handling Time)
All orders are processed and prepared for shipment at our facility from Monday to Friday, excluding major holidays.
Processing Time: The standard time required to prepare an order before it is handed over to the carrier is 2 to 5 business days.
Order Cut-Off Time: Orders placed after 3 PM EST will be processed on the next business day.
Large/Special Orders: Orders for custom items or large quantities may require additional processing time, which will be communicated on the individual product page and in your order confirmation email.
2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates (Transit Time)
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer the following shipping options:

Note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur. The dates above are estimated and not guaranteed.
3. Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with your tracking number(s) within 24 hours after your order has shipped.
The tracking number will be active within 24 hours of receipt.
4. Damages and Lost Shipments (Merchant Liability)
Lighting Merch is fully liable for any products that are lost or damaged during transit.
Damaged Shipments: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at sales@lightingmerch.com or call us at (800) 686-0139 within 14 days of the delivery date. We will process a replacement order for the damaged items at no additional cost to you. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods, as this may be required for us to file a claim with the carrier.
Lost Shipments: If your order is marked as delivered but you have not received it, or if tracking indicates the package is lost in transit, please contact us. We will initiate an investigation with the carrier, and upon confirmation of the loss, we will immediately ship a replacement order to you.
P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO/DPO: We cannot ship to P.O. boxes.
International Shipping: We currently do not offer international shipping.
