This Warranty Policy outlines the coverage provided for products purchased from Lighting Merch. As an independent retailer, our warranty is based on the original manufacturer's warranty, and we facilitate all claims on your behalf.


1. General Warranty Coverage

We guarantee that all products sold on Lightingmerch.com are new, original, and covered by the original manufacturer’s limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship.


Warranty Detail Coverage Provided

Duration The warranty period is determined by the Original Manufacturer's Warranty for the specific product. This is typically 1 year from the date of delivery.

Coverage Manufacturing defects, faulty parts, electrical component failures, and non-cosmetic issues occurring under normal use.

Remedy  Lighting Merch will process the claim to provide repair, replacement parts, or a full replacement fixture, at the manufacturer's discretion.

Exclusions Damage caused by improper installation, misuse, abuse, fire, natural disasters, normal wear and tear, or cosmetic changes (e.g., tarnishing).


2. How to File a Warranty Claim

If you believe your product is defective and still within the manufacturer's warranty period, please follow these steps:


Contact Us: Email us at sales@lightingmerch.com or call (800) 686-0139 immediately.


Provide Details: Include your Original Order Number, a detailed description of the defect, and clear photographs or video showing the issue.


Assessment: Lighting Merch will submit the information to the manufacturer. We will handle all communication and processing to resolve the claim as quickly as possible.


Resolution: We will notify you of the manufacturer’s resolution (repair, parts, or replacement) and coordinate the shipment of the necessary items.


3. Installation and Labor Costs

IMPORTANT: This warranty is limited to the cost of the product itself.


  • Lighting Merch is not responsible for any costs associated with the labor required for installation or uninstallation of the product, regardless of whether the product is being replaced under warranty.
  • We strongly recommend waiting until you have received and fully inspected your fixture before scheduling and paying for installation services.


4. No Implied Warranty

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LIGHTING MERCH DISCLAIMS ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, EXCEPT THOSE EXPRESSLY STATED HEREIN.
